What this site collects
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports aggregate page views, referrers, and device types. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not follow visitors across sites. There are no advertising or other tracking scripts. Fonts and files are served from this site.
If you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: name, organization, role, email, optional phone, and message. They are emailed to me and used only to respond to you. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
Before a message is sent, the form asks you to acknowledge a short notice. I keep a record of that acknowledgement on the web server: the date and time, the version of the notice, your name, email, and IP address. It is used only as a record that the notice was shown and accepted, and is deleted after three years.
CV requests
Attorneys who request the CV provide an email address and a website. These are used only to review the request and, if approved, to email a download link. The website's public home page is read once to confirm it belongs to a law firm; an automated check running on a private server may summarize that page for my review. Request records are deleted after 30 days.
Spam protection
The contact and CV download pages load Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated submissions. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. The server also briefly records your IP address in order to limit repeated submissions.
Hosting logs
The web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, pages requested) for security and operations.
Confidential information
Do not send privileged, confidential, or health information through the form or ordinary email.
